Overview
Our client is seeking to recruit two experienced Finance Officers with a strong background in microfinance. The ideal candidates will play a key role in managing financial operations and ensuring accuracy in reporting within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and records
- Prepare financial reports and reconciliations
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Work within microfinance operations, including loan tracking and reporting
- Maintain accurate data within accounting systems
Requirements
- Degree in Banking and Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in microfinance (mandatory)
- Proficiency in accounting systems
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Remuneration
Salary range: USD $450 – USD $500 per month (dependent on experience)
Start Date: 1 May 2026
