- Employer Responsibility Employers are solely responsible for the content of their listings and for managing all applications received through this platform or by e-mail.
- Review and Moderation All listings are subject to review by PHCC before publication. PHCC may reject or remove listings that do not align with our professional and ethical standards.

- Non-Solicitation and Prohibited Content Listings must not include:
- pyramid or referral schemes
- unpaid internships without clear learning outcomes
- misleading compensation structures
- discriminatory or offensive language
- Posting Guidelines
- Use clear job titles and concise descriptions.
- Include contact details or application links.
- Avoid abbreviations or internal codes that candidates may not understand.
- PHCC recommends keeping listings active for up to 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
