Overview
Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Content Creation Officer to join their team in Chiredzi. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for digital marketing, brand visibility, and client engagement. The successful candidate will be based on-site and play a key role in driving the organisation’s marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create engaging content for digital platforms
- Manage and grow the organisation’s social media presence
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and events
- Support business-to-business (B2B) marketing initiatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase visibility and engagement
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing or similar role
- Strong content creation and social media management skills
- Experience in event coordination and client engagement
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Female candidate preferred by the client
- Ideally within the 26–35 age range
- Energetic, creative, and self-driven
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic salary: USD 250 – USD 300 (dependent on performance)
- Accommodation and meals provided
- On-site living arrangement required
Location Details: The position is based in Chiredzi Town (Shine Plus Park area), and the successful candidate will be expected to reside on-site.
