Job Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to support the growth
of its corporate wellness solutions. This professional will play an active role in generating sales, pursuing
business opportunities, and managing client relationships, ensuring the effective implementation of
wellness activities in partner companies.
The ideal candidate should be charismatic, proactive, and able to identify business opportunities within
client organizations, contributing to the growth and strengthening of partnerships.
We need someone who can enter a company and speak with HR, HSE, or HR Directors. In other
words, someone Confidence in speaking with executives, and Ability to present solutions in meetings.

Main Responsibilities
 Support the sales process by identifying and developing sales opportunities.
 Follow up on commercial proposals, contacts, and potential clients.
 Support client management and follow-up, ensuring satisfaction and continuity of services.
 Coordinate and monitor the implementation of wellness activities in client companies.
 Identify new needs within existing clients, promoting additional company solutions.
 Support the preparation of activity reports, client feedback, and intervention results.
 Collaborate with the internal team in the continuous improvement of services and commercial
proposals.

 Charismatic, communicative, and customer-oriented individual.
 Natural ability to identify business opportunities and generate value in customer interactions.
 Flexible, curious, and open to learning new skills.
 Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and task follow-up.
 Ability to work proactively and in a results-oriented manner.

Requirements
 Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client management.
 Experience in the corporate wellness sector is not mandatory.
 Good verbal and written communication skills.
 Ability to work with multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
 Basic proficiency in digital tools (email, CRM, or sales management tools).
 Valued Differentiators
 Experience in B2B sales.
 Experience in corporate events, health, wellness, or human resources
 Ability to network and develop professional relationships.
